This Sexy Rosé from the Alentejo is undeniably attention-grabbing. Hand-picked with 20kg boxes, it speaks of a truly meticulous approach, and the careful selection of the grapes at the selection table, almost obsessively so. The spontaneous fermentation at 12°C and the short maceration – between 3 and 6 hours – brilliantly preserves the freshness and aromatic potential of the Syrah, Aragonez, and Touriga Nacional. Absolutely fantastic with grilled fish or a berry salad – a pairing that, let's be honest, is wonderfully daring.
