This “Sexy Explosion D’Amour” clearly emerged from a rather fervent operation – gently crushed grapes, moved by gravity, all monitored by stainless steel tanks at a cool 27°C. The spontaneous fermentation, lasting a full 21 days, has resulted in a wine with a wonderfully vibrant character. A year and a half in French oak has undoubtedly added depth, and it promises a seriously intense experience. Seriously, it pairs brilliantly with grilled beef – don’t be shy!
