This Alvarinho, blended with a touch of Trajadura, delivers a refreshing burst – like a dip in a damp beach. The acidity, unsurprisingly characteristic of the Alvarinho, is a proper wake-up call, balanced beautifully by ripe white fruit and a lingering echo of those granite slopes of the Minho. Perfect with oysters and seafood, of course, but equally delightful with a nice grilled fish.
