Son Negre is released on the market only in vintages that, at the end of the ageing stage, yield a unique and distinctive wine where the full expression of the Callet grape can be felt. The ancient “possessió” of Son Burguera gifts us with a singular, full‑bodied, juicy wine that carries an elegantly French touch. It’s worth saving a few bottles, given its extremely limited production and the impressive results. As a curiosity, its label was designed by painter Miquel Barceló, a friend of the estate.
