Right then, this is a bold one! These Sophienwald “sprayers” – clearly designed for a rather particular palate – promise a tasting experience worthy of a collector. At 170mm tall, they suggest a surprising robustness, perfect for a good push in the glass. One wonders if the Sophienwald believes wine needs a well-deserved wash with soap, even on a delicate cycle at 50°C. An interesting, if somewhat eccentric, choice.
