This Souvall Seara Grande Reserva clearly enjoyed a good chat with time – you can taste it in the colour, a beautiful straw hue. The nose reveals a delightful complexity of apricot, with a hint of apricot from the Syrah grapes. On the palate, it's a medium-bodied wine with a subtle vegetal note, mirroring the grape's natural sweetness, finishing long and refreshingly with hints of spices and nuts. Wonderful with a grilled fish seasoned with aromatic herbs.
