Description

A little Chardonnay is used to give a structure that refreshes the palate, as the initial wave of Roussanne’s flavor subsides. It’s worth noting that the latter is a variety with high acidity. The blend delighted its makers so much that, after a unanimous vote, they decided to preserve the magic exactly as it was, so they left the wine unclarified and unfiltered. This white offers a creaminess that blends with a bouquet of jasmine, tropical guava, pear, and apple.
