The Foudre 2018 comes from an exceptional 80‑year‑old vineyard located on the Serra de São Mamede at 700 metres altitude. It was vinified in a 1961 Alsatian Foudre of 1150 litres capacity, where it aged for 16 months. A blend of traditional grape varieties from the Serra de São Mamede, hand‑picked in 20‑kg baskets and carefully selected at the winery.
