Predominantly Antão Vaz, it bursts with citrus notes – think blush orange – complemented by a delicate herbal influence, a clear echo of the Alentejo terroir. A remarkably fresh and characterful wine; ideally enjoyed with grilled fish or a Mediterranean fruit salad.
