The Touriga Nacional, blended with these incredibly old vines, delivers a remarkable balance, a feat only achieved through extended post-fermentation maceration. The 30% of new oak adds a bright burst of fresh fruit and subtle spice, while the remaining 70% of used barrels contribute a lovely depth and a touch of wood, making it a perfect match with grilled beef.
