Susana Esteban O Vinyle 2021 is made from grapes sourced from a century‑old vineyard in the Serra de São Mamede. It was vinified and aged in two 500‑liter barrels that had previously been used to vinify Sidecar 2020 with the renowned champagne producer Emmanuel Lassaigne, who had employed them to produce the base wine for one of his finest champagnes.
