Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with other winemakers or people involved in wine is something Susana Esteban has always enjoyed and encouraged. For this reason she decided to create the Sidecar brand. Every year the producer and winemaker challenges a friend to make a wine in her cellar in Mora. They will decide how to interpret the region’s fantastic vineyards, and as the project mentor says, they will be the ones steering the bike! For the third edition of Sidecar she invited one of Spain’s most prestigious winemakers, her long‑time rival and friend: Eulogio Pomares. (illustrative image)
