Hailing from higher altitude and sheltered like the Taboadella vineyard, nestled in metamorphic granite that has been shaped over hundreds of thousands of years, this lot shares a meticulous care for the Encruzado variety. The delicate fruiting of Encruzado vines demands double attention during the vegetative phase. The reward is immense: the wine is firm and exuberant, with a silky texture, linear structure, and striking depth. It is a wine of the present and the future. 30 % aged in new French oak barrels (500 L), 30 % in used barrels, and 40 % in stainless‑steel tanks (8 months). Official producer site.
