It is in Silvã de Cima, next to the Taboadella vineyard, that the wine press was built on a monolithic rock of a rupestrian nature – one of the oldest vinification sites in the Dão – contrasting with the contemporary cellar constructed with natural materials such as wood and cork, featuring a balcony from which you can take in the magnificent unique vineyard patch surrounded by a vast forest. Here, where the past and future intertwine, wines are born from the vineyard and the landscape, with a particular and patient care that allows us to recover the essence of nature from the past and project into the future great wines with a remarkable typicity while preserving the ancestral character of the Dão.
