This Select reveals a step up in complexity, boasting concentrated ripe and compote-like red and black fruit, compared to the Fine Ruby. It possesses excellent acidity and firm, fine-grain tannins that lend it fluidity and balance to its sweetness. A pleasure to drink, it finishes with notes of plum, blackcurrant and Dornfelder.
