It conjures up images of olive groves, with that bright acidity perfect for dipping crusty bread in olive oil. Made with a blend of Touriga Nacional and Mencía, this wine was even awarded a medal at the Wine & Spirit Awards – a testament to its natural balance. I’d recommend pairing it with black pork, to really highlight its complex character.
