This wine hails from the warmest, south-facing plots of our estate. Almost entirely comprised of Sangiovese, it spends a year in small French oak barrels, delivering the modern essence of Chianti – a deep colour, pure fruit, balanced structure, impressive power, and incredibly smooth tannins. Expect flavours of violets, plums, cherries, orange peel, earth, rock sugar, cedar, and a hint of smoke.
