This Terra Chama Reserva, nurtured by vines aged 23 years and harvested by hand, clearly savoured every moment. The pre-fermentation maceration, a gentle 48 hours in stainless steel, undoubtedly boosted the complexity you find on the palate. A blend of Touriga Nacional, Jaén, and Tinta Roriz, matured for 14 months in stainless steel and a further 15 in bottle, delivers a wonderfully rounded mouthfeel with elegantly integrated tannins and a finish that practically begs for another glass. I’d recommend pairing it with a hearty beef roast – a match made in wine heaven!
