This wine from Terras de Bouzao, nestled in the enigmatic Alentejo region, is a real adventure. Made primarily with the local Trincadeira grape, thriving on surprisingly expressive clay and limestone soils, it delivers a wonderfully complex character and a vibrant acidity – quite a boldness, actually. As Decanter noted, this wine earned a fantastic score and would pair beautifully with game meats or a hearty beef stew.
