The blend of native Azorean grapes with a European influence presents a vibrant expression of tropical fruits, alongside a distinct volcanic aroma that’s instantly evocative of the volcanic ‘Terras de Lava’. It’s a wine with a good body, notable minerality and a lingering, salty finish – a perfect partner for some grilled fish with a squeeze of lemon, wouldn’t you agree?
