Dominik discovered his talent and passion for Mediterranean wine and culinary arts at a very early age. At eighteen he visited an old Ligurian trattoria, and a year later embarked on a gourmet tour of Italy with German chef Karl Ederer, who guided him to several first‑class traditional restaurants. After completing studies in Economics and Marketing, he began his wine career in 1996. Today he continues working with partner Eben Sadie; together they founded Terroir al Límít in the Priorat region, producing internationally acclaimed wines.
