Dominik discovered his talent and passion for Mediterranean wines and culinary arts at a very early age. At eighteen he visited an old Ligurian trattoria, and a year later he embarked on a gourmet tour of Italy with German chef Karl Ederer, who took him to several first‑class traditional restaurants. After completing degrees in Economics and Marketing, he began his wine career in 1996. Today he continues to work with his partner Eben Sadie, with whom they founded Terroir al Límit in the Priorat region, jointly producing internationally successful wines. (illustrative image)
