Born from the volcanic spirit of Mount Pico, this wine is a delightfully bold expression of its unique terroir. A blend of indigenous Azorean grapes – Arinto, Verdelho, and Terrantez do Pico – with a touch of European influence, it’s a wine that certainly doesn’t play by the rules. Fermented at a cool 15°C in stainless steel tanks and aged on fine lees for four months, it boasts a wonderfully textured and complex character – best enjoyed with freshly grilled fish or shellfish, naturally.
