This Textura da Estrela Tinta Pinheira is a truly remarkable little wine from the Serra da Estrela. Grown at 450 metres, it bursts with a luminous pink-red hue, and offers delicate aromas of red fruit, subtly spiced with clove. Remarkably balanced, with tannins so fine they practically dissolve on the palate – a well-deserved 93 points from *Revista de Vinhos* – it’s a fantastic accompaniment to a hearty game dish or a good, slow-cooked beef.
