The 2018 vintage Champagne Thierry Fournier is a Blanc de Blancs that offers citrusy and floral notes. On the palate it is delicate and elegant, with prominent mineral and buttery nuances. The history of Domaine Thierry Fournier began in the 1930s with the first purchase of vineyards in Festigny, one of the cradles of the Meunier grape, and where the estate is situated. Its values are rooted in the close relationship between Thierry and his grandfather Henri, and in the symbiotic complementarity between Thierry and Murielle. Henri was a compatriot devoted to progress, constantly seeking to improve and develop his vines. Today, the estate is renowned for its Champagnes, characterised by the rich soils that supply the raw material, in line with good practices of sustainable viticulture. (illustrative image only)
