This red wine, crafted with biodynamic techniques, comes from the estate’s highest vineyards, at an altitude of 650 m. The vines are about 25 years old, growing in cooler conditions on slate and granite soils that give a Xinómavro of exceptional finesse. It enchants with its balance between power and delicacy, as well as its remarkable verticality.
