The white wine Tiago Cabaço 3 Terroirs Superior reconciles the terroir and the varieties from three estates – Herdade do Trocaleite, Vale Zebro and Herdade das Murças. Made from Roupeiro, Verdelho, Viognier and Arinto, and after ageing in French oak barrels, it presents a bright yellow‑citrus colour and a complex, fresh and exuberant aroma. On the palate it reveals a fruity character with subtle oak notes, finishing persistent and elegant. Tiago Cabaço has moved beyond being a rising star of Alentejo to establish itself today as one of the most solid and striking names of the new generation of Alentejo producers. Born and raised in Estremoz, at the heart of the Alentejo wine region, he grew up very early, from a tender age, living and working in the family vineyard and learning the small and big secrets of the vines from the older generations.
