Description

Gilda is an authentic wine. A convivial wine, animated by its own life. It conveys a story of perseverance born from the identity of a place and its people. The freedom to create, coupled with the conviction to make a pure and digestible wine, led us to select a particular batch of grape varieties well adapted to the site. This batch blends three grape varieties from different plots, planted in soils of distinct nature. In Gilda we seek the classic expressiveness of Bairrada, in its complex blend of Atlantic influence and calcareous soils. The natural fermentation of the batch guarantees the true expression of the terroir. (illustrative image only)
