Pedro Pimentel Pereira was born in Alcobaça in 1988. A grandson and great‑grandson of renowned vintners of the time, he showed an early and intense interest in wine. He pursued higher education with a solid agricultural background at the School of Agrarian Sciences in Coimbra and completed a postgraduate degree in Oenology at the Catholic University of Portugal. In 2015, after gaining professional experience in several companies within the sector and identifying gaps and shortcomings in the market, he decided to apply his knowledge to help small and medium producers revitalize their wines and production through specialised, personalised consultancy. Passionate about terroir and minimal intervention, this is the foundation of his authentic terroir wines, which exemplify coherence, purity and authenticity, with the main focus and goal of reaching maximum excellence. An avid learner, he studies and experiments under the guidance of some of the industry’s leading masters. (illustrative image only)
