Description

Pedro Pimentel Pereira was born in Alcobaça in 1988. A grandson and great‑grandson of renowned winemakers of his era, he showed an early and keen interest in wine. He pursued higher education with a foundation in agriculture at the Higher School of Agrarian Sciences in Coimbra and completed a postgraduate degree in oenology at the Portuguese Catholic University. In 2015, after gaining professional experience across several companies in the sector and identifying gaps and shortcomings in the market, he decided to put his knowledge into practice and help small and medium producers revitalize their wines and production through specialized, personalized consulting. Passionate about terroir and minimal intervention, his creations of authentic terroir wines stem from this philosophy, demonstrating coherence, purity, and honesty in everything he does, with a primary focus and goal of reaching maximum excellence. A voracious learner, he studies and works with some of the great masters in the field. (illustrative image only)
