To celebrate 30 years of dedication to the art of winemaking, Tommasi presents this commemorative edition of its Ripasso Valpolicella Clássico Superiore, a red that pays homage to the tradition and excellence of the Valpolicella Clássica region. Made from the iconic vineyards of La Groletta and Conca d’Oro, this wine unfurls in a deep, brilliant ruby hue. On the nose it is intensely aromatic, with seductive notes of cherry compote, tobacco and a peppery touch of black pepper. On the palate it impresses with a balanced blend of body and elegance: the tannins are smooth and velvety, and the finish is long, enveloping and memorable. Its complexity derives from the traditional re‑fermentation in Amarone lees, followed by an extended maturation in large Eslavónia oak barrels and a bottle ageing that confers depth and harmony.
