Limited edition of numbered bottles – perfect for a family gathering, a celebration with friends, or a special occasion gift. This is a crafted wine that blends two of Portugal’s most iconic varieties under a Sustainable Production system: Arinto and Alvarinho. The grapes are hand‑picked, then transported to the cellar where they are stored at 3 °C for 24 hours. The must is cold‑decanted at 10 °C before fermenting in used French oak barrels from Burgundy. After fermentation, the wine matures for six months in the same barrels, undergoing bâtonnage (stirring of the lees) and sur‑lie (aging on the lees). Duarte de Deus, a winemaker passionate about Alto Alentejo, took on Torre de Palma as a challenging project steeped in history and symbolism. At the vineyard he mapped the micro‑plots and the parent rock to extract the maximum potential from each grape. In the cellar he insists that only minimal intervention allows the creation of exceptional wines that fully reveal the region’s potential over time.
