**Quinta do Crasto** A single-varietal wine from the premium range, bottled only in years when the harvest reaches a high level of quality and excellence, and the grape variety shows its true potential. Touriga Franca is a challenging variety, as it only expresses its full potential when it reaches perfect phenolic ripeness. Quinta do Crasto Touriga Franca is therefore a late-ripening wine: the grapes need considerable time to achieve correct and complete maturation. **Winemaking:** The grapes, sourced from the finest Touriga Franca plots at Quinta do Crasto, were transported in 22 kg crates and subjected to rigorous sorting on arrival at the winery. After full destemming and light crushing, the must was transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation vats. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, a gentle pressing was carried out.
