Description

This "Uranus: 9 Planets" is a seriously ambitious Priorat red, born from the Fontanals vineyard – a veteran of over seventy years at a dizzying 800 metres. It’s a tribute to interstellar travel, achieved through wild fermentation and cement aging, favouring infusion over extraction for a remarkably textured wine. Expect complex notes that truly capture the vastness of the universe, all thanks to a meticulously hand-harvested 2021 crop. Absolutely brilliant with grilled beef or wild mushroom dishes – for the truly adventurous palate, of course.
