Vadio With origins in several Baga vineyards exclusively planted on clay‑lime soils, it expresses the Atlantic character of Bairrada wines and the typical texture of Baga from limestone. Each plot of vines is hand‑picked at different times to achieve the optimum ripening point. As soon as they arrive at the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and taken to small tanks. To better express its identity, fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and the extraction is very gentle. It ages in used barrels for a minimum period of 18 months.
