De Chiripa, from Bodegas Valderiz, is one of the most personal wines of the Esteban brothers. Made from the Tinta del País grape and a small percentage of Albillo, it opens on the nose with notes of blackberry compote, anise, and cocoa. In the mouth the attack is pleasant, balanced, round, elegant, and subtle.
