This Syrah, born in the Tejo wines, is a heartfelt tribute to tradition, spiced up with a contemporary flair. You can really taste the generations of passion poured in by Cândido. The meticulous hand-harvesting and extended two-week maceration really coax out the complexity of the grapes – a beautiful blend of vanilla and spice thanks to the French oak, yet undeniably rooted in the distinctive character of Póvoa de Santarém. Seriously, it’s fantastic with grilled beef.
