This Vallado is a wonderfully enveloping wine. Intense citrus notes, reminiscent of candied orange peel, dance on the nose, paired with delicate floral hints. On the palate, it’s remarkably smooth, a beautifully rounded wine with persistent citrus echoes – a clear nod to the Douro Valley. It finishes incredibly long and fresh, making it a perfect match with grilled white fish, perhaps sea bass, to really bring out those vibrant flavours.
