Casal de Vale Pradinhos is an agricultural estate covering 450 hectares, established in 1913 and owned by the Pinto de Azevedo family ever since. The wines produced here blend indigenous varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela and Malvasia Fina, alongside respected international grapes, namely Cabernet Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer and Riesling. Maria Antónia Pinto de Azevedo Mascarenhas, great‑granddaughter of the founder Manoel Pinto de Azevedo, is the current owner of Casal de Vale Pradinhos. She has been implementing her vision in the wines produced here since taking control of the estate in 1994.
