Vinification: After meticulous selection and destemming, a pre‑fermentative maceration was carried out, followed by a light pressing. The must settled before fermenting in new French oak barrels. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for nine months in the same barrels, during which the lees were stirred (bâtonnage).
