Value. Inspired by this word, Bodegas Olivares was founded in 1996 and produced a wine in the style of a fondillón. At that time, the D.O. Jumilla did not allow this type of production, but two years later it was accepted by the regulatory council. Thus, driven by that courage, the house produced a formidable sweet red that, more than 25 years after its harvest, is now bringing them great joy.
