Crafted in the Bairrada region using Bical, Cercial, and Maria Gomes grapes, these Vasco da Gama sparkling wines are made via the traditional ‘méthode classique’ – a lengthy process involving bottle fermentation, a minimum nine-month aging on the lees, a ‘rémuage’ period, and the final ‘dégorgement’.
