The bottles of aged wines may show traces of dust and damaged labels, which is normal given their age. The National Cellar is committed to storing all wines at the proper temperature and humidity, but always chooses to preserve the visual appearance that comes with their age. We select brands and regions that, by nature, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of old wines. However, we note that wine is a living organism that, even when sealed in a bottle, continues to evolve over time and its aromas can change. Therefore, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as these are aged wines. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe beforehand, which helps release its natural aromas after many years of being sealed.
