This aguardente is born from a careful selection of the best fresh grape pomace, aiming to produce a high‑quality product. The alcohol extraction process uses vapor‑stripping, passing steam through the grape masses (skins and seeds) that remain after vinification. Drawing on over 75 years of experience in aguardente production, we select the finest batches through organoleptic testing to achieve a harmonious, refined, and rich blend. It offers an optimal aromatic intensity from pomace, with fresh fruity notes in a delicate, fine tone. On the palate it is complex, with a characteristic, prolonged finish.
