Description

This spirit emerges from a meticulous selection of the finest vinic spirits crafted using traditional methods, followed by ageing in oak that embodies the more than 75‑year heritage of Caves da Cerca in producing and ageing exceptional spirits. The maturation occurs in new and used barrels of Iberian, French and American oak, each with different grain grades and toast levels. It seduces with a silky mouthfeel, aromatic complexity and a marked, lingering finish. Its bouquet is rich with aromas of dried fruit, wood and vanilla, accented by toasted grain and spice notes.
