This wine seems deliberately designed to make you reconsider what you think of a “white” wine. It’s described as possessing a freshness reminiscent of the Guadiana River, yet with an acidity that’s quite frankly, a little provocative – challenging you to experience a white wine with such intensity. Grown from the elegant Trincadeira grape, and rooted in calcareous soils, it delivers a pronounced minerality that would pair beautifully with grilled fish or a selection of cheeses. It demands a certain boldness, but the reward is a wonderfully complex finish.
