This “Verso Sangria Mediterrânica” certainly had an… eventful day. It’s undeniably herbaceous, but with a smoothness that’s rather peculiar – a hint of playful experimentation, perhaps? It would pair wonderfully with classic Mediterranean nibbles like tuna pâté or a Greek salad.
