This Arinto from Bucelas certainly had a little nap before hitting the bottle – a generous 5 months on its lees. It’s a bold move that’s delivered a wonderfully lively wine. The acidity is undeniably the star here, complemented by fresh, maritime aromas and a salty citrus lift reminiscent of the coastline. Seriously delicious with grilled fish and a squeeze of lemon – a classic pairing, really.
