The bottles of old wines may show traces of dust and damaged labels, which is expected given their age. The National Wine Cellar stores all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it always retains the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands and regions that normally reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of vintage wines. However, wine is a living organism that, even when sealed, its aromas evolve over time. Therefore, the National Wine Cellar cannot be held liable for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and allow the wine to aerate beforehand, helping to release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
