Villa Nogueira Harvest White is a wine from the Óbidos designation of origin, and its production places a special emphasis on environmental and health issues, with the grapes sourced from vineyards certified under Integrated Production standards. It presents a lemon‑yellow colour with greenish nuances, and aromas of stone‑fruit with floral notes. The wine displays excellent acidity, well integrated throughout the tasting. Quinta do Porto Nogueira was founded in 1738, in the first half of the 18th century, and has always remained in the same family’s hands until the second half of the 20th century. The current owners acquired it at the beginning of the 21st century. The 20 hectares of vineyards on the estate are planted on clay soils, marked by the natural microclimate of the foot of the Todo‑o‑Mundo range and the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, about 20 km away. A dry‑harvest vineyard that combines unique characteristics, unmatched freshness, and natural salinity. Thus, the wines are marked by their singularity.
